In the planning phase, we create a detailed specification with you in which all functions, requirements and responsibilities are defined.

That is why, already during the development phase, we ensure that components are available at optimal prices over a long period of time – from the idea to the market-ready product, precisely conceived and calculated within budget.
Project Engineering
At the start of every project, the requirements, objectives and resources must be clarified, along with the availability of the necessary basic data.
From the very beginning, an experienced project manager is at your side and accompanies you throughout development and industrialization, coordinating all relevant activities.
Has your product already been developed, but not manufactured to your full satisfaction? We are happy to examine the potential for improvement in development, layout and production data. Often it is small details that, once corrected in the production data, lead to very significant improvements in quality.
Product Design Support
We are happy to accompany and support you in the planning and development of your products. The greatest potential for cost savings lies in the development and layout of the circuit – with small changes in design, it is often possible to replace more expensive and error-prone manual process steps with automated and effective manufacturing processes.
We provide you with clearly documented feedback from production and advise you with the extensive know-how we have built up over three decades. If your company creates the CAD layout, you are welcome to ask us for a review regarding optimal manufacturability already during the component placement phase.

CAD Layout
PCB designs are implemented with CAD tools in accordance with IPC guidelines and our Design Rules Manual. Implementation focuses, among other things, on design for manufacturing and design for testability.
The following outputs are essentially generated:
- Schematic

- PCB production data
CAM Design
From the CAD or PCB production data, we use our professional CAM PCB processing software to create the optimal production panel with the best possible manufacturing optimization. This step requires extensive know-how of automated, machine-based manufacturing techniques and their characteristics.
Since this process is of great importance for feasibility, quality and cost optimization, we offer to create the production data in the production panel based on your production or CAD data.
Prototype Building
We manufacture prototypes and samples for you and create test and placement programs as well as development and assembly concepts.
Since prototype building is discussed and handled in close cooperation with the customer, individual requests and special concerns are always implemented in an uncomplicated way and optimized using our know-how.
You are also well served by our up-to-date machine park: since all of our SMD placement machines are identical, a successfully produced prototype can later be manufactured directly in series without any changes to the placement program. This prevents application errors, for example when recreating the placement program for other machine types.
