Material Management
Material management encompasses the control and planning of interactions between the company and both procurement and sales markets, including shipment of finished products. For us, high delivery reliability, quality and flexibility are central.
You benefit from an excellent price-performance ratio, which we achieve thanks to long-standing and valuable win-win partnerships with our suppliers at home and abroad. Optimized purchasing is also one of our strengths: according to your specifications – best price, shortest delivery time or as little excess material as possible – we achieve the best possible result for your product.

Sourcing
For the procurement of the various components, we select our suppliers globally with great care. We are interested in a long-term, secure, quality-rich, sustainable and flexible partnership in order to guarantee the basis for the continuous high quality of our products.
New suppliers are very carefully evaluated and tested to keep the risk of defective goods or supply interruptions close to zero. Grey-market goods are only considered in consultation with the end customer in the case of obsolete components or supply bottlenecks.

Life-Cycle Management
Product requirements are subject to constant and rapid change. In view of this dynamic development, all affected areas must be carefully documented and managed. The task of PLM is to create a comprehensive database that covers all departments and captures the entire life cycle of the product.

Framework Agreements
A classic win-win situation: by bundling the contract costs for your product into a framework agreement, significant cost advantages arise compared to individual contracts. Ordering products is also simplified, since the contract terms have already been negotiated and set.
Another decisive advantage of a framework agreement is that delivery is guaranteed. The required items have already been procured, which rules out unexpected component shortages – one of the greatest risks in the electronics industry. A framework agreement also enables efficient inventory management, since you only place orders when you actually have a need.
Last but not least, a framework agreement offers a high degree of legal certainty and increases efficiency for both contracting parties.

Obsolescence Management
Obsolescence refers to the unavailability of materials, products or knowledge and affects in particular the areas of software, electronics and mechanics. Obsolescence management aims to ensure that the components required for your products are and remain available.
Thanks to our long-standing, close cooperation with suppliers, who regularly provide us with Product Change Notifications (PCN), you are always well informed. We notify you early about possible changes in product availability, so that you can plan an end-of-life (EOL) situation and the last order opportunity (last time buy) in good time.
With us, you avoid unpleasant surprises due to discontinuations by the manufacturer – we make sure that you are informed immediately about such developments.
