Component Preparation

Component preparation is carried out precisely and reliably for optimal further processing in electronics manufacturing. THT components (mostly taped) are cut, bent, crimped and prepared for the THT manufacturing process according to requirements.

THT Placement

THT placement is carried out according to the requirements of the respective assembly. Trained employees as well as modern tools and work fixtures guarantee reliable processing of leaded components, even in complex or mechanically demanding applications. We also competently and reliably process larger components and heat sinks for power electronics.

Through clearly defined and documented work processes, first-article and ongoing quality controls as well as high manufacturing standards, we ensure consistently high placement quality.

Wave Soldering

Wave soldering is an extremely economical soldering method and at the same time enables high efficiency in production processes. Since the assemblies are only soldered from below on one side, the process is also characterized by low thermal stress on the components.

We work with soldering frames as well as attachable tools for fixing connectors and other components that need to be reliably secured during the soldering process, and additionally create individual solder masks for a cost-optimized and process-reliable soldering process.

Selective Soldering

If there are SMT components smaller than package size 0603 or components with fine connection geometries on the underside of the circuit board, wave soldering is often no longer possible, or only with special solder masks. In such cases, fully automatic selective soldering offers an optimal solution.

Selective soldering contributes decisively to process reliability and enables high-quality, consistent soldering results – thanks to precise flux application, exact preheating and optimally matched soldering temperature. Since only a small area of the assembly comes into contact with the solder wave or nozzle, the high degree of automation produces constant and reproducible soldering results – therefore preferable to manual hand soldering.

Hand Soldering

Manual hand soldering using a soldering iron and subsequent cleaning is only rarely defined as a process, in cases where none of the fully automated soldering processes described above can be applied.
