As an ISO 9001-certified company, we manufacture according to the requirements of IPC-A-610 Class 2. By arrangement, we can also manufacture to Class 3.

ESD Management
Consistent ESD management forms the basis for the safe and reliable processing of electronic assemblies. All manufacturing areas are fully ESD-protected and are regularly monitored and tested.
Through defined work processes, trained staff, controlled workstation systems and state-of-the-art ESD protection measures, we guarantee the safe handling of sensitive electronic components throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Capacity
For process-reliable manufacturing of the highest quality – from prototypes to small and medium series through to large series with quantities of up to 200,000 units – we produce in a fully ESD-protected, air-conditioned and dust-free environment. Our modern machine park includes fully automatic production equipment as well as several high-performance SMT lines.
Thanks to our high degree of automation, we are able to produce economically and efficiently in high quantities even at our Swiss site – with safe, short and sustainable transport routes in close proximity to our customers.
In our fully automatic SMT process, we handle components ranging from package size 01005 (imperial) up to components measuring 120 × 90 mm with heights of up to 30 mm. Up to 360 different 8 mm tape components can be processed simultaneously per SMT line.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a fixed part of our corporate philosophy and our daily work processes. Through targeted measures for energy efficiency, resource conservation and process optimization, we make an active contribution to responsible and sustainable electronics manufacturing.
The waste heat from energy-intensive systems such as SMT reflow ovens, wave and selective soldering systems as well as room exhaust air is consistently recovered and used for energy purposes. Production equipment is only operated when needed, further reducing energy consumption. We also rely entirely on energy-efficient LED lighting.
Waste is consistently separated and fed into the recycling loop. In addition, we work according to defined, trained and monitored environmental and ethical guidelines, which cover environmental policy, labor and human rights as well as responsible corporate conduct. Our sustainable actions are additionally confirmed by an appropriate sustainability certification.
